What’s it like to grow up in the digital age? Where each year, thirteen looks older. Everything is stimulated and the fast pace design of our everyday lives creates a whirlwind of excellence and disaster. We live in a world run by big businesses which aim to sell, at the price of flooding us with misinformation - making it easy to fall into believing, and feeding, the falsehoods around us. Ignorance to this creates a sense of security, moving through life as instructed. Knowledge forms consciousness. It is crucial that we are aware of both ourselves and our surroundings. Avoiding becoming numb to the world around us.

There is lack of vibrance among women right now. Exhaustion, self-doubt, and submission to what is expected and accepted of us. Living in a world without reason, following in routine motions we can lose our minds. Here, we tend to lose our voice, drive, and passion for life. So disconnected from our enthusiasm and self, sometimes we don’t even know who we are. Culture conditioning has left us confused of how things can be, mistaking this for what they have to be. The emphasis of spiritual, intellectual, and emotional health has been lost - and with this so has our radiance.

Right now we live in a patriarchal culture that denies women off from their life force. We are told our bodies are wrong, our minds are irrational, and if we are unhappy, it means we’ve done something wrong or are inherently weak. It keeps us in constant competition, keeping us from collaborating. We learn to fit in, play small, and take care of everyone else first - to keep a lid on our dreams and a cork on our truth.

So, what does it take to change this pattern?

Now, more than ever, it is crucial that we reconnect with who we are and what we want. We need to repair what has been broken, disparaged, and discounted in each of us. We need to reclaim the very thing that we have been taught to shut down, avoid, and ignore.

We must create the missing pathway out of victimhood, and tap into our own inherent radiance. A pathway that does not depend on anything or anyone, but rather places the power firmly in your own hands. Live for your aliveness, your radiance, your confidence. It’s the reclamation of your power and your voice. It’s the ability to seek and speak your truth with fierce love. It’s how you switch your light on.

Without understanding what is occurring in yourself, it's impossible to remain true to yourself. I wish for you to come to a better understanding of yourself by recognize what's happening in yourself. The most important thing is to listen to yourself. You know what is best for you and no one else can determine that.

I'm creating this platform for my former self, and you. As a way to share what growing up in the 21st century has taught me, and the tools I've gathered so far from the fast paced lives we live, with the intention of helping you live a fuller, truer life full of passion and radiance.

So much love out to anyone growing up today, anyone who is lost or confused, or just doesn’t know where to start
This one’s for you <3

Love,
Anna
